Pappadeaux Seafood Restaurant

I always try to get some type of catfish when I visit Pappadeauxs. This platter was cooked to perfection. 

BFF Asian Grill

Very neat place. Definitely a sushi bar but, still so much more than that. Teriyaki wings were pretty good. They seem to have a huge variety of beer. And, there was tons of seating and the place was packed.

I would love to emulate this concept back in Florida. Rudy's was such a pleasant surprise. I started not to go in but, I am so glad I went in to be a part of the entire experience. This was part Country Store and part Restaurant. The ribs were outstanding. The banana pudding was excellent. The floors were concrete. The tables were simple banquet tables and chairs. Cow troughs to hold different things and one trough to wash your hands in. A really friendly and neat place to visit. 

Drinks At Brazilian Steakhouse

The Margarita was with Salt. Not good for me. The Merlot was smooth and a hint of sweet. Just a great experience, though. The waiters were awesome, fast, and interactive. The customer service was outstanding. They were aiming to please and they did. Every course was outstanding. And, the drinks, for the most part, were perfection. Chocolate Mousse Cake was outstanding! I couldn't finish it.

It was a wonderful experience. There was something for everyone. And, many courses to enjoy.

Publix Tallahassee

I was completely pleased with this visit to Tallahassee Publix. It was just an awesome layout of the store. The staff was interactive. The departments were well presented. A huge Greenwise section. The Deli and Bakery were the best I have ever seen with the Hot & Cold Bar.

Entry Way Bench

Looking for that whole Joanna Gains look in distressed wood with this bench. I don't think I got it completely. But this will go at the entrance. Got it fro Home Goods.

Vacation

Officially on Vacation! We are headed to Florida to get Venita and Grandson!!! Then it's off to Dallas for Schluter Conference and Family Time!!!

Hope In Baton Rouge

Hope is a noble thing. And, at this point, it is all we have in Baton Rouge, La. with the social unrest there. I want to encourage my people to think a different way. Shooting Police Officers in retaliation is not the answer; it is never the answer.  Let's allow the justice system and process to play itself out. Please....
