Rev. wanted to visit Dixie Pig in Charlotte today. It's a small location with inside/outside seating. I would never have gone without him mentioning it. The RIBS were excellent. Good taste. A sweet taste with just a little hint of hot. I would go back. And, he said the potato salad was like back home in Archer.
