I would love to emulate this concept back in Florida. Rudy's was such a pleasant surprise. I started not to go in but, I am so glad I went in to be a part of the entire experience. This was part Country Store and part Restaurant. The ribs were outstanding. The banana pudding was excellent. The floors were concrete. The tables were simple banquet tables and chairs. Cow troughs to hold different things and one trough to wash your hands in. A really friendly and neat place to visit.
